Interim Employee is new to our industry. Their main function as Interim Employees is to lease units and to assist with administrative duties. Those in this cohort are trained in fair housing rules and regulations, professionalism, customer service, and Oregon and Washington landlord tenant law.

Tier 2
Our Tier 2 Employees have some experience in our industry. They are capable of Assistant Community Manager duties and functions. They will serve as extra support to your on-site teams and will have some leadership capabilities.

Tier 3
Tier 3 Employees are experienced property management staff. They are strong leasing agents, but are capable of running a property or small portfolio. They are leaders within our team and will function as leaders when they are on assignment.

Stars Staffing Group will provide you with our employees that have been pre-screened, fully trained by the experienced Stars Team, and ready to take care of your leasing agent, community manager and maintenance needs. We will show up to your site on their first day equipped with a designated mentor, otherwise known as a former property manager, to introduce our company, ensure quality and reassure our Clients.
